Hanoi, Vietnam will host the 4th AAWS Congress for the 1st time with Thang Long University opening its doors to the participants from around the world. The university is the first non-state higher education body that was instituted in 1988 and was named after the former name of its capital Hanoi. Originally registered as the Thang Long Non-state University Center and Thang Long Non-state University in 1994, 2007 marked a new era for the institution which claimed its current name Thang Long University.
