Tentative Schedule of Parallel Sessions

Parallel Session Reminders:

  1. Paper titles and names of the authors were copied from the online registration system. Kindly check these details and communicate with us for any changes.

  2. All authors who registered online and indicated the title of their papers were included in the schedule of parallel paper presentations. However, there might be a chance that we missed some titles or details in the scheduling. Kindly inform us of any corrections especially if you have colleagues that we missed in the presentation schedule.

  3. The scheduling of parallel paper presentations were done based on the theme and sub-themes as well as the time allotment. Revisions on the order of presentation will be difficult, therefore, as much as possible, do not ask for changes unless absolutely necessary.

  4. In case you will not make it during the AAWS Congress, kindly inform the Secretariat so we could adjust the program.

Parallel Session Format:

  1. Paper presenters are given 15 minutes to discuss their topics. Presentation files should be saved as a PowerPoint presentation.

  2. Submit your paper presentation files when you get your congress kits at the start of the AAWS Congress. A laptop will be provided at the registration table with the Secretariat to assist you.

  3. Parallel paper presentations will start on time so participants must be in their designated rooms at least 10 minutes before the start of the sessions.

  4. Open Forum will be held after all the papers have been presented.
